Crossfit Seadog is a great place! Facilities are clean and amazing, programming is rock solid and coaches are very knowledgeable and most welcoming. If you are looking for a gym to drop in, or a new home to train at, this place is awesome!

Great workout, great coaching, beautiful gym. We were greeted with a smile, and welcomed in like we were already part of the community (for our first class). Will 100% hit-up this box the next time I'm in Palm Beach.

The facility is super clean and organized and has everything you need for a safe and fun Oly/CrossFit WOD.
