I visited, as a walk-in, Concept Computers and was treated with courtesy and respect. Yogsesh Shah was very patient in listening to me describe the problem I was having with my laptop. We worked together for about 20 minutes but could not solve the issue. I asked Mr. Shah if he could keep my laptop and work on it to resolve the problem. He did and called me about an hour later and said the problem is fixed. I picked up my laptop, we tested it and everything was/is working properly. I did not expect this matter to be resolved so quickly. I fully expected to drop my laptop at his shop and perhaps have a call a day or two later. Yogesh is the man! My work computer died on me and within less than 24 hrs he had me back up and running! He’s extremely knowledgeable and honest. Which is very hard to find these days. If you’re having computer or tech issues he’s the man to call.10 stars ⭐️Thank you Yogesh!

Yogesh is a miracle worker in keeping my older portable computers running - the ones that don't give me eye strain. Almost impossible to find experts in updating these hard drives, software etc - and making sure it all works! Thanks Yogesh!
