This was place is awful. The owner of the shop never answered the phone, though I called 10x a day for 2 days. Finally, when he eventually picked up and I told him the issue of the phone just ringing and ringing, he didn't even care. I went in and explained the alteration I needed and he took notes and said I could pick it up in a few days. I went back to pick it up, he said it was never ready and to come back the next day (though this was needed by a certain date). The next day I went in and he wasn't there and a lady helped. Ruined my comforter, paid $1000 for it, when I dropped it off it was off white, when I picked it up it was baby blue. Owner Bob Salerno said it’s the manufacturer’s problem not his, offered no compensation. Never again

Charged for pants that where never cleaned, but they where pressed. Not sure how they where missed. Anyway this was not the first time nor second or third time my dress shirt and pants where not cleaned. If you can help it try some where else if not they will do.
