I found Carl's Appliances during a google search and called with with my fingers crossed as I'd not had very good luck in the past with hiring contractors or service providers of any sort. At the time our dryer needed to be repaired, we were living 4 hours away and therefore unable to be present for appointment or repair which essentially meant that we had to trust that the repair and the costs were properly assessed and charged fairly.
