Craig and Lupe put the roof on my vet clinic back in 2019 (when this dynamic duo worked for a different roofing company). They exceeded expectations by sending two crews and got the job done quickly to ensure business was minimally impacted. This year when my house needed a new roof of course I called Craig and Lupe again. They communicate. They are polite. The color match of the mortar to the tile is perfect. I have the prettiest roof in the neighborhood. Their work and customer service is superb. Matt and the crew at Banyan Construction did an outstanding job of transforming a tired condominium facing the intercoastal waterway into an architectural treasure.They did it all. From demolition, drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring, lighting, impact windows & doors; to full bathroom and kitchen renovations. Each task was performed in a timely, professional and efficient manner. They operated a clean, safe, secure and productive worksite. I am still waiting for my final repair and I will update accordingly, but as of right now, I am very impressed. Lupe is very professional and thorough in his quotes and follow-through. He explains issues and what he is going to do in detail. When I had concerns, he returned to explain every portion of the quote.
