Tom of ASAP Dryer Vent Cleaning was wonderful. He took the time to explain the issues with the dryer and verified that it was indeed OK. He cleaned the vents well and even went up the roof, a tricky proposition it being metallic. Tom did excellent work and was priced very reasonably. This is out this time using ASAP dryer vent cleaning. We first had them out after using another company for 8 years. We’d always had problems with our dryer, which we purchased brand new, from the first day we moved into the house. It just never got the bigger items completely dry. Thomas could tell there was something wrong and convinced me to go up to the attic to investigate. He found that the vent pipes had been installed incorrectly by the builder and the air was not flowing correctly. Once he fixed it, my problems were solved! It had been a significant fire hazard and I’m so relieved we got this done. And my laundry actually dries now.
