Needed a tow at 3:30AM and despite the time, not only were they efficient & treated me exceptionally (I received a discount on gas + good conversation) but you would've never known it was 3:30 considering how kind everyone was I spoke to. Exceptional customer service they actually treat you like a human being unlike anywhere else in Palm Beach county. The value is great. F everyone else.

Bobby picked up our Volvo convertible to transport it to the repair shop. Called to let me know his eta, and got here right on time. Did a great job of checking the vehicle over before carefully loading on the truck. Highly recommend if you need a reliable careful towing service !

My car was stranded in a parking lot. After hours of zero communication from AAA, I gave up and called All Hooked Up because I was desperate to get my car towed. They told me how to communicate with AAA and tell them to give the call to them so they could pick come pick up my car. They didn’t want me paying for a full tow. Ken Lee showed up and was AWESOME.When my car died, my windows were down. He made sure to park my car in a safe spot at the dealership in case it rained. All Hooked Up saved the day.
