I will be honest I had a rough start with Rocket and was ready to cancel my contract..I spoke to corporate and aired my issues and things were straightened out eventually.. New takeover,therefore some glitches.The lawn technician I have" Simeon Gulley," is a Godsend. I text when I have concerns and he doesn't hesitate to get back with me. He answers all my questions, make helpful suggestions and when in the area checks on the progress of my lawn. When you pay for a service such as pest control, you can’t help but wonder if they do everything they promise. With Simeon from Rocket Pest Control, I know that I will receive the professional and courteous service that I have paid for. He is always thoughtfu, kind and extremely thorough.
