Ryan is great! I look forward to seeing him every year because I know when he leaves, my dirty floors will be beautiful again. Even outdated tile looks great when he's finished with it. Whenever my tile starts to look yucky I give him a call, and my husband is thrilled because I stop talking about new floors.
