We want to give a BIG thank you to Mike Berry who came to our rescue 2 times in the last month. He worked tenaciously to find our AC issue. In the end, the problem was caused by a clogged drain stack in our condo building. Mike discoverer the problem and stayed with us until our maintenance staff arrived to resolve the building issue.
