9Round is such a great way to get a workout in! It’s just like it says there’s 9 rounds of workouts that you follow, each workout is different and you’ll have a trainer with you to help you and push you to keep going, so you’re never alone in this workout journey. And it’s only 30mins long! So it’s a great way to get a workout and you still have the rest of your day to relax. Highly recommended!

I am really enjoying 9Round in Jensen Beach. All the trainers are welcoming and helpful. The manager Tammy is like my fourth mom. She really cares about her people. Best thing is, you can go in anytime during business hours and get in a great workout. And it's a different workout every day. You never get bored. I go in the morning at 6:30am and it's not too crowded and not too empty. I'll post a photo of the trainers. Go in for a free workout to see how fun it is.

I get a 30 minute workout that is challenging and fun at the same time. After leaving my session I receive a text message on my cell a complete assessment of my workout. There are resident trainers who will walk through each of the 9 workouts. I look forward to going to 9 Round 3 or more times per weeks.
