What happened to freedom of speech? heard the owner on the phone trying to blame anyone and everyone including our own hardships were going through. By saying things "I guess that's my fault too huh." I told him none of my hardships were his problem. But obviously my husband was discriminated against and overall the owner just wanted to belittle him instead of trying to figure out where the miscommunication was, he lost a hard working valuable employee and made him to be like he was nothing.
