I took a short break from waxing, but returned in February for a Brazilian and full legs as part of my wedding prep. Hallie was absolutely amazing—her calming energy, friendly demeanor, and efficient technique made the experience so smooth. I’ve continued seeing her for Brazilians and full leg even after the wedding because she’s consistently skilled and professional. I also love the atmosphere at Wax Lab’s reception—everyone is incredibly polite, welcoming, and helpful.

This was my first visit to Waxlab. I was scheduled with Hallie & she did a great job! In addition to providing a great wax service, she was so friendly and we had a good chat throughout the appointment. I will definitely be booking with her again. Note: the salon uses a separate POS system for tips that required a second transaction at checkout & includes a transaction fee. I recommend bringing cash for the tip.

I have been waxing for well over a decade now, and there is no other studio that has ever compared to Waxlab. Starting with ease of scheduling appointments online, in person, or with a call/text. They always confirm and follow up with you. Someone always greats you upon arrival with a warm welcome & friendly smile. They offer a variety of products you can purchase to help keep your skin looking and feeling its best. I'm excited to see all of the new services they now offer too. Crislyn is one of a kind.
