Got my hair done at the salon with Laila. My hair was in ROUGH shape and I was so self-conscious, but she put me at ease. She made my hair look *exactly* as I wanted and I couldn't be more pleased.

Long review, I know. I made an appointment with Danielle, and I was having a very hard month with issues of my hair falling out, and I already felt upset and sad. I dyed my hair, and something went wrong, and my hair clumped up so bad that I was not able to detangle it. having issues already with self-esteem of my hair falling out. I had to add this awful experience that I caused. I went in humiliated and wearing a hat to cover up my mistake and broke down explaining what happened and what I was going through to Danielle. I had a great experience at the salon with Laila! She carefully listened to my ideas and executed exactly what I was looking for! She gave me the best haircut and blowdry, she was very sweet, and I am so thankful for her. Thank you, Laila!!! :)
