We received really good service my autistic son with diabetes was mellow and the staff was nice and friendly. Even though we was there awhile my son only asked one time, but no hurry. The doctor was very thorough with explaining his knot under his skin and what the options going forward. Even printed off instructions on the what-if insurance does not pay then you can get this and it will work not too expensive. I then informed her about him being pre-diabetic just one dose more and he will be on insulin. Olivia at the customer service desk to the primary physician office is amazing. She helped me with my insurance problems swiftly and was so kind and understanding. While waiting for my appointment I saw her going above and beyond to help others have a great experience. I don't normally write reviews but she absolutely deserves the recognition!

I regularly see my primary care provider, Victoria Udongwo APRN, at this location on the 4th floor. I have never received care from a large hospital system such as UF Health until about one year ago and I have to admit it made me quite nervous. You always worry about getting "lost in the sauce" with all the other patients and providers but I have had the exact opposite experience with my care team here. All of the staff here are caring, attentive and always looking out for their patients. Ms. Udongwo is a very no-nonsense type of provider and I would even call her strict. I appreciate her straightforwardness and her ability to explain things very clearly. She always gives it to me like it is and doesn't want to hear any nonsense...... reminds me a lot of my mom. LOL. Her bedside manner is great and she is the definition of professional. The best thing about Ms. Udongwo (and from what I hear, most providers with UF health) is that she's extremely responsive to my needs and questions when I have them. I can use the MyChart app on my iPhone to schedule my own appointments as well as message back and forth DIRECTLY WITH HER about my prescriptions, new health issues and test result questions. Long gone are the days where you play phone tag with the doctors office and pray you actually get an answer back within an appropriate time. Any time I have to send a message she is back to me within 24 hours and most of the time within just a couple of hours. Overall I have been very satisfied with the level of care I receive here. If you are in need of a primary care provider I highly recommend checking out UF Health's family medicine department in the ACC building, specially Victoria Udongwo APRN. They are almost always accepting new patients.
