Had issues with my laptop, so i brought it to these guys. 2 days into testing we found the issue and solved it.
No overcharges, no hidden fees, pricing was transparent and fair.
This is my go to place from now on.
After my wife’s screen was shattered we brought her phone to UbreakIfix in RiverCity. Ryan and the staff were so friendly and amazing and the fix took just the amount of time they quoted us for. If you have the unfortunate event of breaking your phone I highly recommend bringing it to these guys!
The team at this location yesterday were exemplary stewards of the business. They dealt with a steady stream of customers while managing internet issues and provided great service to everyone that came into the store.
