I must say this was an absolutely AWESOME experience!!
Scott, Nicki and Kaitlyn in the office were excellent! Scott quoted me an excellent price! Kaitlyn's communication was awesome and Nicki made the finalizing very easy!
But the BEST part was Brian! He was the technician who installed the screens on my patio! From what I found out and have been told..."round spline" is NOT EASY at all to install!! And he tackled the job like it was nothing! I could also tell he was one of those "if it ain't right, it's wrong" type of techs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! From start to finish Tropical Enclosures was very professional and installed an amazing product. We absolutely LOVE our Ultra View enclosure! Everyone we had contact with from this company (the wonderful ladies in the office, owner and installers) were so polite and made us feel like they appreciated us as customers. The end result was a very high quality product installed by an extremely detailed driven team (Gene!). This company is the PERFECT EXAMPLE of "you get what you pay for". I 100% recommend giving the professional team at Tropical Enclosures a chance to earn your business because I for one am a lifetime customer. Thank you guys!
New Update: Cover was leaking but they took care of it, no problem! Came out and did a great job, no charge. Amazing company! Highly recommend!Excellent high quality workmanship and materials! The price was affordable too. My lanai cover has lasted through Hurricane Matthew and Irma without any issues and it looks great! The area stays cooler because the cover keeps the sun off of it all day long. A great investment!
