The day of my scheduled appointment she pushed my appointment back 2 times. She offered to give me $15 for the delay. Both I was okay with considering I really needed my hair done and had no back up options. My appointment was originally at 1:50 and she pushed it back to 3:30. I get there at 3:25 and she still was doing the clients head. I decided to wait bc like I said I was desperate and needed my hair done. She gave me no heads up whatsoever. The day of my scheduled appointment she pushed my appointment back 2 times. She offered to give me $15 for the delay. Both I was okay with considering I really needed my hair done and had no back up options. My appointment was originally at 1:50 and she pushed it back to 3:30. I get there at 3:25 and she still was doing the clients head. I decided to wait bc like I said I was desperate and needed my hair done. She gave me no heads up whatsoever. I waited all the way till 7pm until she finished her client and she was finally able to take me. She was not prepared with the color I wanted even tho I had told her a week before exactly what I wanted. I had to wait even more because she had to run to the store to get the correct color of hair packs I wanted. I asked her for more than $15 dollars off which was very reasonable considering she had took advantage of my time not even being respectful of how long I had waited. She said the most she could do was $20. Mind you my deposit was $25. And the total for the braids itself was $225. I tried to ask if there was anyway she could take off more than that considering I had been waiting for hours and had gotten no heads up before. She refused and proceeded to catch an attitude and have a problem that I wanted more than 20 dollars off. I said fine and told her I would just take the $20 off and pay the price because I really needed my hair done and had no other option so I chose to say okay. She then said she wasn't going to do my hair because I was giving "I don't wanna pay". Which had never been said. She gave me back $20 cash and said she'd cashapp me the remaining 5. It has been weeks and this lady has declined my request on cash app has not responded to my text while she's continuously posting online. She has scammed me out of my money. She was insanely unprofessional, rude, and had no consideration for me or my time. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS LADY. smh.
