Tim and his team were very professionnal to help about an issue with our Allison transmission. We were on a trip with our new motorhome. We arrived at 7 and 10 minutes after, a technician was there doing verifications . Thereafter they called Allison guy to check the problem and advise us from the beginning of the delays we havé to expert.
At 10, we were back on the road, the Allison technician reconnect a wire, we went on highway to test and eveything was ok then.
We were pleased about the competence of everyone involved and more than pleased of the rapidity of the service and the whole service itself.
Patrick and his guys are some of the best when working on motorhomes. Very dedicated, right to the point. Took our 2006 Fleetwood coach in thinking radiator was issue overheating, they ran diagnostics on it, both thermostats were bad. Steam cleaned radiator as it gets dirty being a diesel pusher, , flushed the system, found issue with idler pulley arm, replaced everything while keeping us updated the entire time. Can't say enough about Patrick and the crew here at Tom Nehl South. Anytime in the Jacksonville Florida area, will only have service here. Thank you very much.
Their reputation is unmatched! We cannot say with enough gratitude our appreciation for Patrick and the mechanic crew at this location! They will go above the call of duty! It's rare to see such honor, compassion, and commitment in this world and we sorely needed it in our situation. Our RV was severely damaged by a previous owners attempt to DEF Delete.
