The service person was very informative and professional. He walked me through the process of everything before and after he assessed and performed the job. He answered and addressed all of my questions and concerns. My experience was much better than I expected. I am so happy I called Terminix!!
Don't know what rep was in the 32226 zip but he was absolutely amazing. I'm really sick and so I didn't want to get too close to him. I was getting a package from my porch and my pup escaped. I tried my hardest to get her and she is so playful. He helped me get her back home and I thanked him because he didn't have to help. I was having a tough time breathing and coughing. It's been a tough week. Just wanted to thank him and praise him for his kindness.
Terminix picks up the phone when you call and the appointments are always within the week at most. Every tech and every person I have spoken to has been polite and professional. 5 stars all the way.
