One word: PHENOMENAL!!! In fact, words can't express how amazing this place is. If I could give 100 stars, I would! It has had a huge impact on my life and my family! I have been there since last July and my results have been better than I had even hoped I would achieve. I had my 3rd child last year and lost all baby weight and am now back down to the weight I was before becoming pregnant with my 1st child! But even more importantly than the weight loss- my coordination, agility, energy level, muscle function, strength and even my ability to give Sports Massage to big muscular athletes (some have really big legs and arms I have to lift sometimes!) has improved ten-fold.... read full review
