I came to Jenna with a lot of mobility issues from rotator cuff injuries. She did an amazing job working through my scar tissue. She relieved the constant pain I was experiencing and gave me my mobility back for the first time in years. I highly recommend Jenna, she is wonderful!
Jenna has been helping me with pain for a little over a year now. Every time I go see her it’s a great experience. One particular time, I had been having constant headaches for at least a week. It turned out I had a huge knot in my neck that was causing it. One session with her provided immediate relief and it was completely gone after 2 sessions. She’s also very attentive to previous injuries/surgeries and will work around those areas as needed and/or work on them as desired to fit your needs. From upper back pain to tight glutes and everything in between she’s the best in Jax.
Jenna gives a great massage and is a wonderful person. She addressed all my problem areas before hand which allowed her to focus on the areas needing the most work (shoulders/neck). Overall a great experience and I recommend everyone come for a visit. She really knows her stuff.
