I saw this awesome railing online while trying to find a railing for my front step. I went to them to ask about it and was impressed with the responsiveness of Jill and James. They responded to every question (good or bad) and answered them promptly. They took all of the measurements I provided them and they built this incredible step railing. I was reluctant about using a company from out of town but decided to go with Southeastern Ornamental. I am so glad I did. I couldn't be happier! I ordered 2 front porch steps and 3 false balconies. They sent us a measuring guide that me and my wife easily filled out. They had us double check a couple of measurements to be sure. After that we received approval drawings.The office staff was helpful throughout the entire process and I could tell they really cared. We received our products crated thoroughly. Every piece fit perfectly and look amazing! We will be their free sales people every chance we get. Our neighbor is now placing an order with them.
I was hesitant about using this company since I'm based out of town, but I couldn't be happier! The service was solid through and through. The design process was thorough and I was fully involved! I was given a complete understanding of what I was receiving. The office staff were wonderful and precise.I do not believe any other company could have delivered such wonderful products from out of state. I ordered two front step rails and a false balcony.
