We recently engaged the team at Smarter Remodeling to complete a renovation of a garage apartment in preparation for my mother moving in. We had a tight timeline and were very pleased that the project was completed quickly and to our satisfaction. All of the tradesmen we encountered were talented, friendly and professional. They were very responsive and professionally met all our expectations through the end. Smarter Remodelling changed our entire life for the better with our recent remodeling project. They are a family run business and they make it a point to make you feel like family. Fabian will be the first to tell you that things might go wrong – especially on large projects, where there are dozens of subcontractors – but they will always work through it.
