“I've been using Massage Envy for well over a decade. Much prefer them over other companies. I had Edward at this specific location. I asked for light to medium pressure. We started off great, but it seemed like he kinda lost track of time with his routine or something and the last half of the massage seemed very firm, very rough, and very rushed. It was a complete 180 from the beginning of the massage.

Also, I'm used to therapists waiting outside of your room after your massage to give you a cup of water. After he left, I never saw him again. He wasn't waiting outside, he wasn't around the corner, he didn't come to the lobby to ask how the massage was. He just disappeared. It was very unique and odd to me.“
