“What an incredible service! I booked a mermaid deluxe with dermaplane facial. Written instructions were provided well before my service. A check in was performed after. There were snacks and water available after my facial, I was relaxed and hungry by that time! All these little details make Lauren stand out as an esthetician. My service was completely customized to my needs and she's very thorough when addressing concerns and making suggestions on which products, masks and cleansers to use during the service. I NEVER buy products at a first appointment and I absolutely had to have the lip mask she used. Lauren was communicative about what she was doing and using in an informative way. Most estheticians are speaking in an up sell way, and you will not have that awkward experience here. Go to relax and treat yourself, you deserve it and your skin will thank you!“
