Received a bill from here for HOA it contained no contact information and the formatting of the bill looked very unprofessional. This contained a late fee for missed payment, when I never received a bill in the first place. Went on a wild goose chase trying to find the correct person to speak to in regards to the bill since there was NO contact To begin with.

Great experience renting for almost 3 years. Sue Teague was wonderful to work with. She was responsive, professional, and caring. We encountered no issues with this company. All maintenance requests were responded to in a timely manner. This company was also extremely military friendly.10/10 recommend.

Please someone tell me what we as homeowners at Mandarin Glen are getting for $500? You do nothing for the homeowners? For $500 I can hire someone to keep my yard up which would add more to the value. You ONLY do things for the condos.
