Giving Dr. Marchan and her most worthy assistant, Laura, 5 STARS!!! - would give more if allowable. This dental practice is A-1. Dr. Marchan knows and can perform every task having to do with the practice herself if the need should arise. Have been a patient there 10 years and have never been treated with such skill and kindness at a dentist's office. From the time you walk in the door you're greeted by Laura who escorts you to treatment and is gently and reassuringly by your side the whole time. I have been going to this office for around 2 years now and the staff and Dr. Are absolutely AMAZING! I had to go in for an unplanned visit, (bad toothache) they were able to get me in same day and took care of the problem quickly and with so much care. For someone who gets bad anxiety about going to the dentist it is so great to find such a caring office!
Dr. Marchan is the best dentist! I have been seeing her for YEARS. By that I mean, I was coming here before being stationed overseas in 2017, came back in 2019, and came straight back to her. She is very talented, kind, and does her best to make patients feel comfortable. She is very considerate of my needs. She is also great at getting back to clients within a timely manner. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. No one cares about their parents as much as she does! Office staff is WONDERFUL as well.
