They were extremely help throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were promptly answered and they were in constant contact. John and Allie really made my roof replacement as painless as possible.
SEC had their job cut out for them when the fixed my roof. The roof had years of neglect and frankly I expected them to walk away! They did an incredible job and finished the roof in two days despite the vast repair work they conducted. The crews were professional and Mr. Wilbanks was attentive to the needs of the house and provided frank and realistic expectations for the job. It was very clear he knows the industry and translates so the customer understands the process. A family friend recommended SEC to me. Called SEC to install ventilation for my bathroom exhausts that were feeding into the attic after a poor experience getting a quote from a different company. Wow, not going to use any other roofing company! Service and pricing was great - timely booking for quote and repair.
