THEY WERE QUICK TO SCHELDULE AN APPOINTMENT THAT GOOD FOR ME. THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND WAS THOROUGH WITH HIS WORK. IT ONLY TOOK HIM 1 1/2 HOURS TO CLEAN THE WHOLE HOUSE AND SCREENED PATIO. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED. IN FACT I HAVE SCHELDULE THEM TO RETURN TO CLEAN MY FURNITURE. I HIGHLY RECOMMENT THEM TO ANYONE SEEKING CARPET CLEANING.

Had my dryer vent cleaned recently by Sears. Vinny did a great job. Sears was the only company that went up on my roof to make sure it was working properly after he cleaned it. Definitely recommend Sears for this service.
