During the most difficult time of our family’s life they were so friendly, compassionate and helpful. Florida had an issue with vital statistics, and they did everything they could, kept me up to date, and answered any questions I had.

M son recently passed unexpectedly on a trip to visit his sister in Florida. He was just inside of the Florida state line. Police had taken him to the hospital where he was DOA. Schnauss took care of things from that point on. What an amazing, caring group of people. As different things have arisen since, they have been right there with compassion to solve every problem. I cannot recommend them too highly. They deserve 7 stars out of 5. They have gone above and beyond to assist me, and I appreciate their help in an extremely trying and frustrating situation. Highly recommend.
from the minute they picked up my mother in law and until we picked up her ashes, everyone at the funeral home was compassionate, patient, caring and kind. great group of people working there.
