I usually don’t give reviews to companies especially Truck repair center but this place is the only place now in Jacksonville I feel comfortable repairing my truck and get it back in a timely manner. I have allowed them to do repairs in my truck for about a year now. From the simplest as a PM to the most time consuming and stressful yes, changing out a engine! Each and every case Austin in repairs and Sarah who try’s to get me the best price for parts. Called this place and spoke with Austin about some truck issues. I was given his number by a friend that always goes to Austin with his business. My friend was right when he said Austin is AMAZING!! He is beyond knowledgeable and has the best customer service. You can tell that he truly cares about the customer and the quality of work provided. I will only bring my trucks to Austin for now on. If you need a sign to come here, this is it!
