Bought a brand new walk behind blower and shortly after the crankshaft shaft broke. And although the manufacturer gave us both a fit on replacing it Ronnie's made it right. Very pleased with the final outcome

Called Ronnie’s this morning and spoke with Fred. I was looking for an unusual part for my lawnmower after explaining the part Fred was able to locate it and a part number and sent me to a vender that had it in stock. Fred went above and above helping me from sending a picture of the part so I could verify it was the correct piece. He literally spent 20 minutes on the phone with me. He was patient and professional and I am very grateful.
