I called for a roof inspection as my insurance company was not going to renew my policy. Not only did I receive a call back the same day, Joe came out that day and completed the inspection. Joe completed and forward the inspection report to me the next day so I could forward the documents to my insurance company.8/18/23 Update:These comments are related to River City Roofing installing new roof on my 2 story home. I did shop around, after comparing estimates I decided to stay with a company I know (used previously) and trust. There price was more but the quality of the materials were a better grade and the warranty was for a longer time frame. I would highly recommend...read full review
