River City was amazing! From the moment I contacted them, the communication was exceptional. Wade went above and beyond to make sure inspection was done efficiently. Highly recommend!
River City Home Inspections didmy 11-month warranty inspection, and I was left completely satisfied. Specifically, the time and thoroughness that was applied to the inspection and report. It’s interesting because there’s things that were found that should’ve been caught during closing (used another inspection company). In addition, the report gave me professional backing that I could then go back to the builder with for some ongoing issues. For example, my tankless water heater had been shedding debris since moving in. I showed the builder the report and within two weeks I had a new water heater, in part, based on the recommendations by River City.
Wade was a thorough inspector. I originally set the appt for Monday, but promptly communicated with Wade and was able to be rescheduled for the following day on Tuesday afternoon. Wade showed up on time and immediately got to work. His quality of work and attention to detail is to be commended. He gave his honest feedback and put my mind at ease to better negotiate with the sellers of the property. Every question and concern was answered on the spot. Wade is passionate about what he does and it shows from the time he starts through providing the inspection report.
