I stopped in for a flow class with my friend from out of town. My very first impression was the gorgeous planters in front of the studio. Next was the wonderful greeting from the front desk. Next the actual studio. WOW! BEAUTIFUL!!! The class was just what we needed. The owner was teaching that morning. How lucky I felt to have found this incredible studio with all the lovely extras! 5 Stars across the board. Thank you Heather!

Beautiful interior with lots of space, perfect intensity class (both heat and movements), and everyone was so nice and energetic! Would definitely recommend if you're in the greater Jacksonville area

My favorite yoga studio. I’ve been going here for 1.5 years consistently. When I first started I felt frustrated with myself and almost stopped going several times but the teachers and other students always made it so welcoming and encouraged me to just listen to my body and do my best. I’m amazed at how far I have come and I’ve learned so much about myself and that yoga is not about doing fancy posing but really connecting with your breath and slowing down and letting everything sink in. Thank you!
