My AC went out and I had another company come out after hours to take a look since it was almost 90 degrees in my house and I have two senior dogs that cannot handle the heat. That other company said the compressor was bad and quoted me $2600 to fix, with a 3-4 day lead time.
I called Progressive to come out and take a look this morning and get a second opinion, and they came out within a couple of hours and had it up and running in less than 10 minutes by replacing the capacitor, a $300 fix. Bertin was very knowledgeable and helpful. He and his helper were fast and efficient. I also had a great experience with Dee at the office that set it up!

My experience was excellent, the technicians were on time, friendly, professional, and fast, came in got Wright to work and finished just at noon time, the technician who installed my new air handler and air conditioner. Unit is the same gentleman who serviced my old one always good to see a familiar technician, can’t say enough how professional this guy is if I can give it 10 stars would
