Besides the reasonable pricing, I take into consideration the friendliness and service with a smile to be just as important as the pricing. Wish I knew his name but I’m sure you’ve all dealt with him if you’ve used this location, I ALWAYS see him serving with a smile and he gives my pup a treat. That’s the extra mile taken for customer experience that many should acknowledge.The forgotten, valuable aspect that many have forgotten can be seen here daily. I took my wedding dress to the cleaners. It had a lot of spots. They removed all of the spots and showed me the dress before putting it in the box. I have been a good customer here for many years. They always return money and pens I leave in my pocket. They have a wonderful customer service, and I recommend going here.

i have used this cleaner since I moved back to Jacksonville a few years ago the staff is always friendly I am satisfied with the way my clothes are cleaned and even satisfied with the prices.i have referred several of my friends to this cleaners and they happy with the service just as I am
