Went to them with ideas and they put it all together in the design work. Swim up bar, hot tub, putting green, outdoor kitchen with structure, wood burning fire pit and all the details to go with it. You get what you pay for when it comes to home construction and they deliver it all. They also stand behind their work although we had a few issues they worked through them and made everything right. We have had several unpleasant experiences with home construction companies and we always end up having to run the job in order to get them right but not with Pratt Guys they are all over it and deliver a great result.

Pratt Guys has built 2 outdoor kitchens for me, as well as a major pool remodel on a very old pool. Their level of service and quality is second to none. Derek and the whole team at Pratt communicated with me through the whole process. Every text, call and email were promptly returned. Their customer service before, during and after the sale has been outstanding!! I can’t say enough about how satisfied you will be if you employ their services. They deserve 10 stars.

We were looking for a contractor who could not only build a pool & pergola, but could also handle the new construction of a pool house. We didn’t want to deal with more than one contractor, who likely wouldn’t communicate with each other properly, so we hired Pratt to take on this project. The scope of the project changed tremendously, and Pratt happily took on our new requests. After talking with other companies in the beginning and comparing thoughts on how to remedy certain situations, we felt like Pratt had the expertise and were the most skilled.
