“I had the pleasure of visiting and becoming a member of Ergo Pilates studio in San Marco. I can say without reservation that Ilene is the best Pilates instructor I have ever come across. After a few month of taking Ilene’s classes I was able to see a complete transformation in my body. Now I’m flexible and toned, have a strong core, and improved posture. Ilene taught me the correct Pilates form and how to activate my core. Ilene is a master pilates instructor and if I was able to give 10 stars I would. “Back in September '23 I wanted to try a new workout. I wanted to find something I would enjoy and decided to give Pilates a shot. What I love about Club Pilates is that they offer a free 30 minute class to help you figure out if you like it. I did! So I signed up for the most basic membership, which is 4 classes a month. Going in you need to know that when you first sign up for a membership, you commit to 3 months at whatever plan you choose. You also have to buy straps. I did all this and it was worth it. I love that I can use the app to schedule my classes. Every instructor and receptionist I've interacted with have been super friendly and accommodating. The classes themselves are fun but also a good workout. They have a ton of class options (of varying levels) and times to choose from. As a plus size woman, I love that there are people from all ages and sizes loving the classes. It's not as intimidating as I first thought and I've never felt like I didn't belong. They are welcoming of every person, at every fitness level. I have since increased my membership to 8 classes a month and love it so much.“
