If I could give him a -0, I would. This man is extremely rude, unprofessional, and out of touch with common courtesy. My family asked for tissue at a view and he acted like he didn't want to provide it.

Garcia Phillips, funeral director and his assistant daughter Amanda Phillips are insensitive unprofessional owners of this mortuary. This funeral director funeralized my deceased father, a retired US Army Sargent with no communication to our family about where our funeral procession would meet. Amanda interceded the daughter of the deceased at gravesite to prevent her from receiving the United States Flag and instead, gave it to an in law. The burial was improper and incomplete. Garcia did not follow through on the my father's burial plot to make sure the details were inscribed on the plot. The Veterans Administration had to be contacted to provide the appropriate Grave Marker.
