In what turned out to be a very difficult installation and customer service issues, I was very impressed with Frank Dunning. In fact, my five star review really reflects the outstanding care and attention that Frank gave us during this very difficult window installation with many different issues and problems. Frank was the beacon of light in an otherwise dark experience.
Jason and his crew did an outstanding job. They all had great attitudes even when minor adjustments needed to be made. Thank you for being professional and doing a great job. Highly recommended
We spent about $20,000 to replace some windows and sliding glass doors. Install was good but they left everything unfinished for the inspection. I have called numerous times and it has been weeks with no inspection and everything is still unfinished. No issues with the installers at all, they did a great job, but no one follows up with you or calls you back.
