I called Palms for a second opinion based off their reviews after receiving an outrageous quote from another company. They came within the hour, diagnosed my unit and were fair and honest with their pricing. They didn't try swindling me knowing I was being up charged and gave me a full rundown of my system. I will definitely be using them for any a/c needs going further and highly recommend them if you're looking for a knowledgeable and honest company
We had an excellent experience with Alonzo at Palms Air Conditioning! He was extremely professional and timely. It turned out to be a minor issue & he was able to diagnose the problem right away. He was also able to resolve the issue without upselling any unnecessary services & we definitely appreciate that type of honesty!
I would recommend Tom heating and air to anybody. They react very quickly and they’re very honest and have your best interest at heart. They don’t try to oversell you which I really appreciate.
