One Stop just installed a complete new system in my house. From the initial estimate to the installation everything was awesome. The installer was Keith and he couldn’t have been any nicer or more professional. Swept up as he finished and everything looks like it did prior to his arrival. The installation looks light years better than the previous system.

Staff is professional and friendly however it has been over a month and counting; waiting for a Goodman AC installation. They had to change the proposal two different times due to lack of equipment, understanding today’s demand, and when they finally get everything together and come out to install the air handler was badly damaged. They sent another (3rd) proposal for a totally different brand and lower Seer Rating than the one I paid for. I refuse to spend my hard earned money on something they just want to install just to get the job done. I honestly hope they get all the parts for the Unit I chose soon, without damage, and can finish the job ASAP.Services: Install...read full review
