My husband and I recently attended Connor’s new restorative yoga class at Moksha Yoga + Spa, and we've never experienced anything like it. Connor has a unique way of guiding you through a mindfulness journey that is incredibly relaxing, with a soothing and comforting voice that enhances the experience. We can't wait to try his other classes and explore the other spa services like cupping, Reiki, and massage. We're also excited to meet all the practitioners. The pricing is affordable, and the space is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!

Such a friendly environment, I have never tired yoga before. My first class was with Stephanie for aerial yoga, she’s so friendly and amazing with beginners. I loved everything about it, and it was such a great experience.

I've had nothing but positive interactions with everyone at Moksha. I've tried a few of their yoga classes and instructors are extremely friendly and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable for classes. I haven't had a massage here yet but that is next on my list before I decide on whether I get a membership or not. Highly recommend coming here!
