I have been coming to Dr Salahi since 2006, I drive a total of 4 hours round trip from my home in Suwannee County Fl every month to see Dr. Salahi. I will continue to make this trip as long as he’s still in practice or I no longer need pain management.
After 2 failed back surgeries and being left in constant pain in my lower back, legs and left numb from the waist down I needed relief from it all.

Always amazing! Been coming here for years. Even moved to another side of town, will still come here. Staff is awesome and kind. Stephanie knows her stuff. Dr. Is always pleasant and explains things. He's done many injections for me over the years. Still gives the run down every time. I really feel they value my health and safety.
I've been a PM patient for decades and have had many PM docs. Dr Salahi is the best I've ever been to. His staff are super sweet. Dr Salahi is knowledgeable, genuinely interested in patients and feels like a friend. He is gentle & talented at the procedures I receive. I recommend him to all who need pain mgmt help!
