DON'T USE THEM!! We bought our house because it had a brand new roof. By Merritt. We moved in the end of August. Closed in the patio in September. Put all new floors in the house. Floors started to buckle. Thought it was the installation. Then noticed water coming out from under the wall on the porch. Took a week or more to get an answer. They sent a guy out to check it out. Made it worse!! When I was finally able to reach him again he said the warranty was voided when the house was sold. The roof was 2 months old when we bought it and less than 6 months old when we had issues. And the issues had already been there from day 1. We had to get another company to fix it.

David never completed the job I called him for months trying to get him to complete the job and finish paying him the balance owed. He never returned any of my calls and never returned to finish the work. Now several years later my roof is leaking. After many attempts to contact him he says why should I come back and repair the roof roof you never paid me.. I told him I tried for months to pay you and you never returned my calls. I had a new roofer come out and was told That the nail under the shingles are all rusty because the pitch of the roof isn't steep enough for what David's company installed.
