There was an incident at my house that resulted in a broken window pane. My neighbor, who broke it, called Mercy and they were able to get someone out to replace it the same day he called. Santino showed up and did a great job replacing it outside of his normal working hours. He was very professional, courteous, and ensured it was done right despite being outside his working hours. If Santino is a proper representation of Mercy as a whole then I highly recommend them.

Quality work for a very competitive price. I had 4 fogged, double, window panes replaced. Santino was very professional with the installation and cleaned up to where I didn't have to do anything. I love looking out my new windows. I highly recommend Mercy Glass.
