Caroline B. Is such an asset to McCall’s. She is extremely conscientious, knowledgeable and professional. She helped us with eradicating a rodent issue and when she came back to check bait stations she removed a squirrel nest, preserving the nest and baby squirrels so that the mother could remove the babies to another location. Not what I would expect from an exterminator! Thanks Caroline!

Robert from McCall completed the Annual Termite inspection for me yesterday. He recommended that I have gutters installed as he had observed carpenter ants. As a courtesy he put down any bait for me. Today my first action item of the day was to schedule gutter installation. Thanks Robert for the great service and for wearing shoe covers when inspecting the interior of my home!
