My husband and I spent a considerable amount of money last year installing a sprinkler system and new sod. Quit an investment we wanted to protect, naturally. We worked with a competitor to make sure pre-treatment and proper treatment before and after sod replacement was done. Needless to say they seriously dropped the ball. Our new sod was looking worse by the day and we were getting excuse after excuse from them as to why it was happening, from our dogs to the birds causing the weeds in our yard.On a referral by the company we got our sod from, we called Maxlawn to help save our yard. Recently, I requested a quote from Maxlawn online. I received a reponse by email promptly and I soon received a call from the owner, Anston regarding coming out to do the quote on fertilization, weed and bug control in my lawn. I requested an afternoon appt so that I could be home to point out my areas of concern. Not only did he rearrange his schedule in order to accommodate my time frame request, but he was exactly on time and called to let me know he was on his way!
