Been going here for over a year now. I get a fresh cut every 2 weeks with Mike and they are the best in the 904. I love the appointment based system rather than waiting an hour on a busy weekend. All the barbers are friendly and I enjoy a good conversation when with. Recently, Darryl (Sorry if I spelled it wrong) cut my hair perfectly (skin medium fade) and it’s been great. Never had any issues at Mainstreet. Highly recommend it.

Despite not having an appointment, Mike graciously accommodated me. Not only did I get a great haircut at a very reasonable price, Mike (and Megan) made me feel very welcome.

Moved to Jacksonville about 6 years ago and needed to find a new barber and I found this place. What a great move!! Mike and the gang do top notch work. I personally get my haircut by Megan but everyone is great!! I was married to a barber for several years so I know what a good haircut is. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The prices are more than reasonable. There is a reason the reviews are so good. If you need a good fade..go see Megan! She also shaves the back of your neck with a razor and trims your eyebrows. You won’t be disappointed.
